Ajar Productions has a nice list of 17 Flash commands/panel extensions for Flash.
Other Creative Suite component (application) specific extensions include Merge Text for Flash, Illustrator, and InDesign, which basically allows you to select mulitple text (fields/layers) and merge them into a single field/layer, and Send Colors from InDesign and Illustrator to Flash.
